This is a great option if you sit in an office chair often and want extra support for the lower back. I love that it?s firm but also molds into your back which makes it extra comfortable. The heat setting is great if you have some pain or enjoy heat to the lower back. The 2 vibration settings are great too, I like the massage mode especially where it actually kneads as well. Haven?t tried using it while laying down yet but will do that next! Also it needs to be plugged in for it to function, so you need to be near an outlet when using it.

Let's just say I live in chronic debilitating pain everyday & have for years due to non-stop ongoing health issues, primarily related to my brain/spine. My mother has a closet full of these things. So when I saw this, I thought, do I really wanna go there? But I did order it because I liked how minimal it was. It fits perfectly in the small of your back when you are sitting in a chair. The ad shows it being used in Bed, but I have not tried that yet. The directions that came with this 3 in 1 Back Massager leave much to be desired as it shows the controls for three different items. The 3 in 1 Back Massager I received was the bottom directions and literally it just showed the buttons and what they did. Pretty much your choices are auto where the massager cycles through heat, massage and inflating/deflating. For some reason, it will not do all three at the same time. The only other choice is to pick one of the three on manual. I use the auto function and it is pretty good overall and gets pretty warm after a couple of cycles. Each cycle lasts for about 20 minutes as it rotates through the functions. What really excited me about this item is that it runs on USB-C and I’m pretty sure I could use it in the car on long drives (12-18 hours sometimes), insert hubby eye roll here, because it is so compact. In the meantime, I can use it as a regular lumbar pillow or at my home office desk until I’m ready to plug it in. I always have USB-C available in the chairs that I am sitting in for my iPad or iPhone so it’s really convenient to just plug this in when I need it.

I've been in terrible pain for the last two weeks, and this thing has a auto mode that cycles through heat, multiple vibrations (which is pretty decent for what it is), and the self inflation. It has really helped my back pain. Wow I really enjoy using this thing, I just connect my portable battery back and am good to go. The three modes work great, the heating feels great on the back and the vibration is ideal. Overall great product, I like it.
Pretty cool! The texture of the gel/foam inside is very soft. It is an interesting device. It vibrates and pulsates pretty vigorously. It changes its pattern. There is also a mode that raises and air bag and it goes really far. I stretch a lot and it pushed my lumbar pretty far. Then also there is heat. Plugs in with a USB-C into the machine and a regular usb for the block plug in.

You just plug it in, then hold the power button to turn it on. Actually I was pretty impressed with this lumbar massager. The vibrations are strong enough to provide a decent massage. The lumbar lift/flex is significant. And it gets toasty warm. I go through the 30 minute routine and then just fall asleep with the lumbar pillow in the right place. Worth a try if you have problems with muscle pain.

The heat setting is great if you have some pain or enjoy heat to the lower back. The 2 vibration settings are great too, I like the massage mode especially where it actually kneads as well. Haven’t tried using it while laying down yet but will do that next! Also it needs to be plugged in for it to function, so you need to be near an outlet when using it.
I have to sit a lot due to my work style, this massager helps me a lot, while sitting on the chair as well as lying down on the bed.

What a Godsend this product is. I have had back problems now for the over 20 years and by evening each day I am hurting! You just plug it in, then hold the power button to turn it on. It goes into automatic mode, which means it cycles through vibration, inflation (that’s when it puffs up a bit to stretch your back), and the red light for heating. Amazing, I didn’t have high hopes because self massagers usually hurt me, but this one is way different, it isn’t those painful hard shiatsu balls that roll around, It’s soft like a pillow and it uses a mixture of vibration, air compression and rolling. Idk the exact mechanics but it really is great, ever since I’ve gotten it, I’ve used it every night. Highly recommend, especially if you normally dislike the shiatsu ball massagers!
This product is powered by usbc cord, with another two buttons stand for manual mode and auto mode. The interface is simplified to its minimum but I kind like its concept not to overwhelming.
