Hi, I'm Dr. Alexander, the Founder of TheraEaze™
I grew up in a rural area near Portland, Oregon. My parents owned a farm, so from a young age, I was always helping them out. My father wanted me to continue working on the farm when I grew up, but I wanted to become a doctor more than anything else, so I began studying medicine.
A Dream Come True
Long story short - I worked very hard, and was accepted to study at the Oregon Health & Science University (their acceptance rate is 2.28%), and after finishing my studies, I worked as a neurologist at the OHSU Hospital for almost 20 years, becoming a leading specialist in the state.
Sharing My Experience
What was bothering me was the fact that I knew my experience can prove itself extremely valuable to people all around the world, but because I only have 24 hours a day, I was able to help a small number of patients each day, I knew I can help more people, and I wanted to do it.
Founding TheraEaze™
I spent months researching and developing the first cushion that would bring together years of experience in comfort design, pressure relief, and ergonomic support.
Finally, after countless prototypes and material tests, I created the TheraEaze Cushion.
Today, TheraEaze™ is a growing brand with a loyal community of customers who trust our innovative cushion every day. What began as a simple goal to help people stay comfortable during long hours of sitting has evolved into a product that has improved the comfort, mobility, and daily lives of thousands. Knowing that TheraEaze has made such a meaningful difference is what drives us forward every day.
